RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returned, canceled, or exchanged products.

• Returns are accepted only on products that are unopened and undamaged.
  

• All return, cancellation, and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

• Claims for concealed damage or missing items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt and must include photos of the original packaging. Please email all claims to [email protected].
  

•  A storage fee will apply to orders held for more than 30 days after the scheduled pickup or delivery date. After the 30-day grace period, a fee of $15 per pallet, per day will be charged.  

**ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY ASSEMBLED CABINETS.**
